This is an 8-week online group coaching program that you can attend from anywhere in the world. Sessions are conducted live on Tuesdays from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM (IST), starting with your batch date.
The program is tailored for sales professionals with at least 5 years of experience, ideally in the age group of 30 to 45 years, who aspire to transition into leadership roles or enhance their leadership impact.
You’ll take a Mindset Assessment Test as part of the eligibility process. This test evaluates your readiness to embrace the leadership journey and ensures the program is the right fit for you.
By the end of the program, you’ll:
- Develop a clear leadership vision aligned with your strengths and values.
- Master skills to inspire and empower teams.
- Learn strategies to accelerate career growth and create new opportunities.
- Shift from a ME-driven to a WE-driven leadership approach.
